Soe Paing to release album

POP singer Soe Paing whose career has so far spanned 20 years is releasing a solo album on July 21.
Sponsored by Alinkar Wutye a traditional Myanmar music group, the album Sate (Mind) and Sane Tal Loe Hmat Mhar Larr (Will you think me that I’m cold) features 12 songs from movies filmed in the 1960s.
“We planned two programs for the song production. There are many songs which have been unforgettable since we were young so the first part is to dig out those songs, the second being to find new Myanmar songs,” U Maung Maung Aye, owner of Alinkar Wutye Myanmar music band said for supporting to singer Soe Paing.
A VCD of the album will also go on sale, directed by Thar Tun, Kyaw Hninsi and Nay Linn Htike.
“I’ve dreamt about this album for many years and now I have the chance to show my dream,” said singer Soe Paing, 65 years.
