UNICEF Myanmar is seeking to recruit a dynamic, motivated and
committed individual to provide administrative support functions
in human resource management.
Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Officer
(HRO),
Your primary responsibilities would be:
» Assist in performing HR administration
work; monitor medical clearances, maintain and update leave records,
staff lists, staff data for UN Dispensaries etc., monitor completion
of Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs) and prepares status reports,
as required.
» Assist in issuing contracts and monitor
contractual status of all locally recruited staff including within
grade salary increment, change of dependency status, pension enrolment
etc.
» Assist in the recruitment process.
» Assist in preparing consultancy contracts,
maintain individual consultant and contractor files, monitor Project
Cooperation Agreements (PCA) and Small Scale Funding Source Agreements
(SSFSA) and provide timely and accurate information as and when
required. Maintain and update roster of consultants.
» Assist the HRO in arranging management
committee meetings through distribution of meeting documents.
» Compile staff learning needs for the
Human Resources Development Team (HRDT).
» Maintain general and confidential files,
official status files and ensure proper filing of meeting minutes
and contracts.
» Prepare and update organization charts,
as required.
» Perform other duties, as required.
You should have:
» University degree. Diploma or training
in human resource management is desirable.
» Minimum five years of progressively responsible
clerical and administration work.
» Good knowledge of English and Myanmar,
oral and written.
» Good judgement, initiative, high sense
of responsibility, interpersonal skills, tact and discretion and
sensitivity to different cultures.
» Computer skills, including internet navigation
and various office software applications.
