Japanese film lovers rejoice

MRTV will be showing the long-awaited award-winning Japanese film From the Northern Country with Myanmar subtitles on November 27 after the 6pm evening news. The movie will be broadcast in cooperation with the Ministry of Infor-mation and the Japan Foundation. Directed by Shigemichi Sugita and starring Hidetaka Yoshioka and Tomoko Nakajima, the film has won an Annual Television Award, Galaxy Award, Japan Producer’s Association Award and the Yamamoto Award.

Duet album out

Celebrity Heì Lay recently released his newest album Heart Beat-14, which in-cludes duets with 11 other singers with Lazy Club. Distributed by Master Music Productions, the album is on shelves from November 23.

Kids’ talent show
