Hip hop at Xmas

About 20 hip-hop artists, including J-me, Sai Sai and Min Maw Kun, will be rapping and celebrating Christmas at a concert at the Yangon International Hotel on December 25 at 5pm. Tickets, at K3000, are available at Bossini, NoBody, Uncle Sam and Conquerer outlets.

Yé Lay, solo

Hip-hop star Yeì Lay is presenting a one man show at the Mya Yeik Nyo Hotel on December 22 at 6pm. Tickets are K4000 and can be bought at NoBody, Uncle Sam, B4U, Ko Ko beauty salons and Sein Gay Har super centre.

Stage show

Alex, Big Bag, Phyu Phyu Kyaw Thein and L Lun Wah and L Sai Zi are performing at the Mya Yeik Nyo Hotel from 5pm on December 24. Tickets, at K4000, are available at NoBody and Uncle Sam outlets.

Modelling quest

A contest to choose Mr and Miss Junction 8 2007 will be held at Junction8 shopping centre on December 29 and 30. Sponsored by Thiri Yadanar silk and cotton wear, and the Taw Win, Winnie and Venue fashion shops, the event is being organised by Junction 8 with assistance from the Super Stars model agency. Any single person aged between 16 and 25 is welcome to participate. Application forms are available at the shopping centre.
