THE Myanmar Fruit and Vegetable Producers Association has started publishing Myanmar’s first monthly magazine dedicated to fruit and vegetable news and technology.
The Myanmar-language magazine is called Khit Thit and costs K500, said U Soe Than Min Din, the general secretary of the association.
“The magazine will provide the wholesale and retail prices of fruit and vegetables in Myanmar, as well as international prices. We will also include the latest information about fruit and vegetable growing methods, organic farming and post-harvest technology,” he said.
U Soe Than Min Din said the magazine will be sold at association branches and newsstands throughout the country.
