By Htar Htar Khin
The Myanmar Exploitation Golf Charity Club donates to cyclone victims on July 6.

THE Myanmar Exploitation Golf Charity Club made its fifth donation to cyclone victims on July 6, giving K34 million worth of school supplies, clothing and consumer goods to residents of Kungyangon township in Yangon Division.

The donation was mostly intended for 20,000 children in more than 100 schools in the Kungyangon area.

“We provided stationery for the children to help them with their educations,” said Mr Liu, a leading donor and the chairman of the club.

The club’s previous donations totalling K40 million were made in Wakema, Laputta and Hainggyi townships.
