YANGON-BASED developer Father Land construction will begin work
on a new condominium in Dagon Township this coming September,
a company official said.
The condominium, named “Nawarat”, will be situated
on the corner of Myo Ma and Samon Roads.
“The total construction period will be one year and four
months and the initial earthmoving works for the construction
will begin in the next two months," Father Land Construction
spokesperson Daw Hla Kay Thwe said.
"The condominium will comprised four six-storey apartments,
with the service of two lifts,” she said.
She added that sales of apartments are now underway and buyers
will be required to make four cash payments as building works
progress.
“The first 25 percent will be due when the contract begins,
the second 25pc when construction starts," she said.
"The third 25pc will be due when construction reaches the
specific level that the apartment is on and the balance is due
when the apartment is completed and handed over to the owner.”
The condominium will feature a 10,600-square-foot car park located
in the building's basement, as well as security and fire alert
systems. There will also be a backup generator for the lifts if
the mains power supply fails.
Daw Hla Kay Thwe declined to give the generator capacity butsaid
that “Nawarat” will have no back-up generator for
domestic power supply.
The fully-furnished apartments have floor space of between 1500
and 6000 square feet.
Prices range from K90 million to K1000 million, depending on
floor space and the level of the apartment, Daw Hla Kay Thwe said.
