For humanitarian aid, the Commission works with about 200 operational partners, including United Nations agencies, the Red Cross/Crescent movement and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Aid is channelled impartially, straight to victims, regardless of their race, ethnic group, religion, gender, age, nationality or political affiliation.

Brang Li’s six paintings celebrate the traditions of his Kachin race whereas Saw Kyaw Zaw paints women of the past, with brown skin and colourless pale lips wearing beautiful vivid dresses. His painting “Ugly or not” aims to provoke feedback from an intrigued audience. The other artists also express their articulations according to their own style.

In front of the main door, there is a clay pot filled with water and a half coconut shell covered with moss for washing feet. I saw how simply he lives so I wanted to share this peacefulness through the documentary,”
