Receptionist/Secretary
The European Commission's Humanitarian Aid department (ECHO), funds relief operations for victims of natural disasters and conflicts outside the European Union. For humanitarian aid, the Commission works with about 200 operational partners, including United Nations agencies, the Red Cross/Crescent movement and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Aid is channelled impartially, straight to victims, regardless of their race, ethnic group, religion, gender, age, nationality or political affiliation.
The ECHO Country Office based Yangon, Myanmar requires one Receptionist/Secretary.
The following requirements must be fulfilled by the candidate:
- Speaking and writing Myanmar fluently
- Minimum University degree
- At least 5 years practical experience in an equivalent position
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Familiar with an international working environment, preferably with international humanitarian organizations
- Ability to travel intensively in country.
