U.S. standard secondary schooling or equivalent is required. Must have post secondary school course work in electrical, electronic, telecommunications theory, wireless technology and related field.

Must have worked in the telecommunications field for the past four years leading up to present date with six to twelve months of supervisory experience. Voice over IP experience is required. Good working knowledge in speaking/reading/writing in English and Myanmar is required.
