Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), a Japanese governmental organization responsible for implementing technical cooperation, concessionary loans (ODA loans), and grant aid in developing countries and executing agency of Japanese Official Development Assistance (ODA), Myanmar Office is seeking a Administrative Officer for its expanded works in the Union of Myanmar.
Job Description: The Administrative Officer will be responsible for:-
- Operation of office general affairs
- Undertaking Public Relations activities
- Handling operational and Logistic matters (Customs clearance, Visa etc. )
- Operation of NGO / JICA- Japan Desk
- Organize seminar, workshop and Forum
Duration of Assignment: Initially up to 31 March 2010, with possibility of yearly extension upon satisfactory performance
The eligible candidate should possess the following qualifications;
- University degree
- Male/Female aged above 35 years
- At least 5 years experience in Administrative field
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Familiar with Myanmar government procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Preferable with experience in the development field in Myanmar
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Ward, Excel & Power Point
