Requirement
- An accounting degree and higher qualification such as MPA (or) MBA (or) CPA (or) ACCA/ Master’s degree is an added advantage

- Age 35 years above

- Should have general knowledge on management & accounting

- Minimum (3) years of work experience in managerial skill

- Minimum (3) years of experience in finance accounting & budgeting (or) inventories & distribution accounting

- Must have good computing skill & can use Email thoroughtly

- Good spoken, reading and written English & Chinese

- Should be able to stay full time in any Divisions & States

UNAIDS Vacancy Announcement

The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) seeks applications from qualified candidates for the following post;

Title of the post: National Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Duty Station: Yangon

Grade: NO-B

Responsibilities of the position:
- Assist in the further development of the Operational Plan and its up date on a yearly basis

- Participate in the review of the costing of Operational Plan, including the unit costing

- Support the strengthening of monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the National Strategic Plan and its associated Operational Plan

- Facilitate the implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation plan for the national response and the use of relevant indicators to monitor the national situation and response

- Assist in the identification and design on special operational research and evaluation in support of the national response monitoring and evaluation

- Support the collaboration and utilization of data to inform policy and strategy on HIV/AIDS

- Carry out other duties as stipulated by the UNAIDS Country Coordinator.

Qualifications:
- Master Degree in social science, natural science and/or international development or other relevant field or study

- At least 5 years experience in project/ programme implementation and monitoring Training and experience in logical framework, project management and monitoring & evaluation.

- Experience in coordination and liaison with different partner agencies
