THIS apartment might be beside one of Yangon’s busiest roads but you wouldn’t know it – not nine floors up, at least.

The lack of traffic noise is not the main attraction, however. The superb 180-degree views across the exclusive Golden Valley neighbourhood and up to Inya Lake are almost worth the monthly rent alone.
