Former collaborators also sang at the concert such as Yingo, Si Thu Lwin, Chit Kaung, Alex, Myo Kyawh Myaing, E-Toe, Hay Mar Nay Win and She. Musicians who had previously played with the band, like former bassist Cin Khan Pum were also there.
 
“The artists didn’t intentionally deal with similar imagery and subject matter, but coincidentally, all of our pieces were connected by a thread of oriental flair. But you can see the different tastes and diverse styles of the various artists. In public exhibitions, artists normally go on a trip together and draw what they see from the same trip so the flavour might be similar. But with exhibitions organised by galleries, artists give what they have from individually planned trips,”

KHANT Kyaw, 21, was formerly a Myanmar Computer Company (MCC) programmer who found his way to comedy hoping it would be less harmful to his health. The young comedian has shown no shortage of talent as a comic, performing at many venues and even on TV. Timeout caught up with him last week to discuss how he’s getting on.
