At the 15th meeting of the Myanmar Investment Commission (15/2020), five investments were approved, including FMI's City Loft West project.
FMI Riverside Development Ltd will build, lease and sell units in the City Loft West project, which is a fully local property development.
The project site is located in Hlaing Tharya township, Yangon Region.
The site is located between Bayint Naung Bridge and Aung Zeya Bridge on Hlaing River Road.
The first City Loft project was FMI Yoma Group’s inaugural mid-range housing project that was launched in 2019 in Star City Thanlyin.
Today, the City Loft project is one of the best-selling urban development projects in Yangon. This success has led to the launch of City Loft West.
